<WHEN PLANTS ARRIVE>
- Unpack and give your plants some water as soon as possible—but don't worry if they seem a bit stressed. They'll perk up in no time! Put them in a fairly bright area, but away from direct light while they are acclimating.
- If your plant looks sad or stressed upon arrival, leave it in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. (These plants can be repotted in any well-draining medium of your choice)
- It can be completely normal for your new plants to be slightly dramatic once they arrive. Don't worry if you notice some yellowing on the tips or if you lose a leaf or two.
- If your plants are dead on arrival, send us pictures immediately (within 24 hours) and we will work through what to do from there.
<SHIPPING DETAILS>
We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. We carefully pack each plant and use different materials to meet each plant’s sensitivity needs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and know when your plant will arrive. The plants should be brought in immediately upon arrival. If you are going to be out of town or need us to hold the package for any reason, we are happy to do so.
Our plants are packed and shipped via USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance for delays and handling damages. Claims require postmarked mailing receipt, proof of value of the shipment and the damaged goods. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping
<REFUND POLICY>
In order to receive a full refund, please submit photos and/or video showing that the plants were dead on arrival within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

TECKNET Wireless Mouse, 2.4G Ergonomic Optical Mouse

Worked right out of the box! I purchased TWO because I am always knocking it to the floor, which is why I believe my original one (designed just like this one, same color, (my favorite color), different company, G*** H***), stopped working properly, and the fact that I was starting to change the batteries about once every two weeks! There are some subtle differences from my previous mouse, like, the wheel light is not as bright, and the light on the bottom doesn't seem to light up, unless it does, only when the mouse is in motion, on a flat surface. Anyway, so far, so good! I would recommend!

For those unfamiliar with Tecknet products, brace yourself to be amazed! This multipurpose mouse is an excellent purchase for all. Are you looking to get rid of your annoying wired mice? Look no further, you won't have to waste space anymore for that wire going across your desk. This wireless mouse is especially useful for notebook users, since it is lightweight allowing you to stay flexible on the go with ease. There are 6 buttons on this mouse which are all conveniently placed and it feels comfortable even after long time use. Tested and fully compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. And yes, it works on Linux too (tested on Ubuntu).The response time is swift: there is no lagging observed. Overall, an excellent value for money and also great in terms of quality. Goes perfectly with a Tecknet mouse pad. For the more Technical users: This mouse is capable up to a 2400 DPI setting which is perfect for most users, however if you are a pro gamer for instance and need more than that, try one of the gaming mice from Tecknet, you won't be disappointed. I also own a HYPERBOLT which is capable up to 16400 DPI and has 13 Assignable Buttons.

Easily connected, good quality, great value

This is a well made, quality product. Its fast or slow depending on how you set it up. I have dropped mine at least a dozen times. No not on purpose. I am partially paralyzed and my fingers basically work but they are numb. I tend to drop things. It looks great. The lighting is sufficient. It is gamer friendly. The scrolls easily. It's a great value for the money. It has sleep-mode.

I Love The Logitech MX Master 4 Mouse

I keep buying Logitech mice because they are a great product. The mouse fits perfectly under my right hand. Very comfortable with no ergonomic issues. The scroll wheel also works perfectly and can be adjusted to be click free. The mouse instantly connected to my HP Laptop computer via the USB C dongle. The Logitech mouse is very durable and well made. The mouse isn't cheap but I feel it delivers value for the money. My previous mouse was the Logitech MX Master mouse which is still running strong however, I gave it to my wife to use at work with a Logitech keyboard. The only downside is that the dongle is not unifying so you can't connect a keyboard and a mouse through one dongle like the previous generation "unifying" receiver.
UPDATE
Continue to love this mouse. The feel, weight, and touch are magnificent. For me though I found the haptic feature annoying. I kept clicking it up when I didn't want the feature activated. So I turned it off! Yes you can turn it off in the Logi+ App for those of you who feel as I do.
UPDATE 2
Although the Haptic feature is turned off in the app (See screenshot), the haptic feature keeps occurring. I keep activating it with my thumb which is annoying. I guess I will have to train myself to exert less pressure on my thumb to avoid doing this.
