- Before first use, fully charge the planter for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Charge using the included charging accessories. If a wall adapter is required, use a 5V 1A max adapter to help prevent damage. Using a higher-output adapter may cause irreparable harm to the luminaire.
- For best solar performance, place the planter where the solar panel can receive direct daylight. Lighting autonomy on solar charge may vary with season and sunlight intensity.
- Use the remote control to select light colors and adjust settings. Replace the remote battery as needed to maintain performance.
- For winter storage or long periods without use, store in a dry place and recharge the battery every three months to help maintain autonomy.
- Clean the planter with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not use abrasive pads, solvents, or pressure washers on the illuminated components.
- Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday.
- Orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse.
- You or an authorized person must be present at the delivery address.
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
